GROUP MATWORK CLASSES

These 1 hour classes are mixed ability. Exercises are taught in stages and adapted to your experience and level of physical fitness. The importance of alignment, breathing and centring is emphasised, making classes ideal for alleviating stress, building strength and flexibility and improving posture and tone. 

Daytime classes

Classes are currently held online and are for  a maximum of 6 people. enabling sessions to be tailored to your specific needs, with a level of personal attention hard to find in larger classes. Beginners* can learn safely, and more experienced students have the opportunity of fine-tuning and extending their practice.

Block of 10:   £100 (classes to be taken over a period of 16 weeks)
